This means that the fireplace insert does not require a built-in frame and can be installed flush from the front panel to the cladding. In addition, the corner connection between the two glass fronts is extremely sleek, allowing an unrestricted view of the fire.

The Rüegg hinged door solution for theRüegg fireplace KII 50x80x42 is designed so that only the front pane is opened when the firebox is opened, which, in addition to the convenience and design, also makes it easier to add firewood. The door opens outwards to protect hands from the heat.

Another advantage of the hinged door solution of theRüegg fireplace KII 50x80x42 is that the handle has a return spring.. Thanks to the optional self-closing door, multiple flues can be connected.
